What does "4% of gross load" mean exactly?
If your load pays $2,000 gross, our fee is $80 (4% of $2,000). That's all you pay for that load — including negotiation, paperwork, broker communication, and dispatcher time.
Is there a setup fee or monthly charge?
Absolutely not. There are zero setup fees and zero monthly charges. We only charge our percentage when we successfully book a load for you. If you sit, we don't get paid — which motivates us to keep you moving.
When do I pay the dispatch fee?
The dispatch fee is deducted or invoiced after each load is completed. We handle the settlement summary weekly so you always know what's earned and what's owed.
Are there any hidden fees I should know about?
None. The percentage stated is all you pay. No fuel card fees, no technology fees, no communication fees, no cancellation charges. Everything — negotiation, paperwork, calls — is included in the single percentage.
What if I have multiple trucks?
The same rate applies per load for each truck. For fleets, contact us to discuss a customized arrangement. We can scale with your operation as you grow.
